Project Governance and Implementing Change in Healthcare: A Strategic Conversation and Practical Outcomes
Join the NSW digital health community for a hard hitting conversation on a controversial and challenging topic
We know that achieving digital health success is hard and this is especially so for large scale initiatives. Internationally recognised and never-shy-of-controversy, Professor Trish Greenhalgh, will deliver a talk (via video) on the challenges of implementing IT in healthcare covering:
- Why does it fail
- Critical steps to address for successful projects
- The importance of co-design
- The impact of behavioural change on projects
Following Greenhalgh’s address, will be a facilitated panel of healthcare industry representatives to discuss the pick up on the key themes and provide insights and learnings from recent projects.
What will you take from this session, that will influence the planning and preparation for the next healthcare project you are involved with?
